The Director Program Management at Spencer Rigby will play a pivotal role in a global leader in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD). This role involves strategic integration across various functions, leading complex initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The Director will be responsible for shaping long-term roadmaps, driving the on-time delivery of cross-functional projects, and fostering consistency in program management practices. This is a strategic leadership position focused on achieving critical business objectives within a regulated environment. The Director will lead and develop a team of project management professionals, providing coaching and support to foster their growth. A key aspect of the role is cultivating strong partnerships across Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial departments to ensure successful program execution. The position requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development (NPD) within the IVD or medical device industry.
