Program Manager, InCommunities, DCC InCommunities at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

As a Program Manager for AWS InCommunities, DCC InCommunities, you will be the analytical and reporting backbone for global community engagement programs. Your primary focus will be to synthesize complex data into actionable insights that drive program effectiveness and enhance social impact, awareness, and sentiment across data center communities worldwide. This role involves owning the development and delivery of comprehensive quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc updates for both team-wide and executive audiences, showcasing the impact of community investments across different regions. A critical aspect of this role is leading the Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology and implementation to ensure consistent measurement of social impact across diverse global communities. You will collaborate with regional teams to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement in measurement approaches. Additionally, you will identify trends and patterns across global programs to enhance their effectiveness and scale their impact, and develop innovative measurement frameworks for both quantitative and qualitative impact. Collaboration with PR and Communications teams to craft data-driven narratives and support strategic budget planning through robust ROI analysis will also be key. This position requires a strong understanding of metrics management, analytics, and reporting, with the ability to translate data into compelling stories. You will be instrumental in ensuring that AWS InCommunities' global operations are data-driven, leading to more effective and scalable community engagement initiatives.
