Product Manager, Observability at Mistral AI

This role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Mistral AI's observability suite. The suite provides customers with real-time visibility into the health, usage patterns, and performance bottlenecks of their AI solutions. It achieves this by integrating metrics, logs, traces, and behavioral annotations into actionable insights, enabling faster issue detection and performance optimization. The Product Manager will work at the intersection of innovation and impact, empowering businesses to leverage Generative AI for transformative results, and guiding them in integrating these solutions to make AI a tangible part of their operations. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and user research to launch and iteration. This involves a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes in the observability and AI space. The role requires a relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights, and a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
