Product Marketing Manager, Creator and Affiliates - TikTok Shop at TikTok

This role is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and product marketing for TikTok Shop's Creator and Affiliates programs. You will be instrumental in shaping how creators and affiliates engage with and leverage TikTok Shop, ultimately driving product adoption, merchant success, and revenue growth. You will bridge the gap between product development and market success, translating user needs and market opportunities into compelling product positioning and messaging. This involves deeply understanding the creator and affiliate ecosystem, identifying key pain points and opportunities, and developing innovative marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain these crucial user segments. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and a passion for the creator economy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and impactful launch and ongoing management of creator and affiliate initiatives within TikTok Shop.
