This position is a hybrid role, based in NYC, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office. The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable operational processes, supporting key metrics like provider capacity forecasting and onboarding, and identifying efficiencies to enhance quality and reduce manual work. They will act as a key operational point person, supporting senior leadership on high-impact, time-sensitive projects, and ensuring the smooth functioning of a rapidly growing clinical organization.
