The Manager will collaborate closely with various business units, the Global Ethics & Compliance team, and leadership to foster transparency and accountability. This position involves managing the internal ethics hotline, investigating reports of alleged non-compliance, and ensuring that reported matters are captured and escalated appropriately. The role also includes developing and maintaining internal policies and guidelines, ensuring business adherence through ongoing monitoring, and co-chairing the Ethics & Compliance Committee. Furthermore, the Manager will support anti-bribery and corruption initiatives, oversee due diligence for third-party relationships, and provide guidance on interpreting and applying the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
