Manager, Ethics and Compliance at Carnival Corporation

The Manager, Ethics and Compliance at Carnival Corporation is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's ethics and compliance programs across both shipboard and shoreside operations for North American brands. This role is critical in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on compliance risks to ensure clear accountabilities and promote a strong ethical culture throughout the organization. The Manager will collaborate closely with various business units, the Global Ethics & Compliance team, and leadership to foster transparency and accountability. This position involves managing the internal ethics hotline, investigating reports of alleged non-compliance, and ensuring that reported matters are captured and escalated appropriately. The role also includes developing and maintaining internal policies and guidelines, ensuring business adherence through ongoing monitoring, and co-chairing the Ethics & Compliance Committee. Furthermore, the Manager will support anti-bribery and corruption initiatives, oversee due diligence for third-party relationships, and provide guidance on interpreting and applying the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
