The Senior Principal Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Northrop Grumman is responsible for shaping and driving talent initiatives within the Human Resources Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team. This role involves designing and executing outcome-based development programs in partnership with program managers, executives, and HR leaders. The consultant will assess current and future talent needs, deliver impactful training and coaching (including executive and team sessions), and apply data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure talent solutions are innovative and aligned with business objectives. The consultant will lead and own large-scale, sector-wide organizational effectiveness initiatives, designing solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, and partnering with enterprise teams. They will project manage these initiatives from conception through implementation, employing change management best practices for successful outcomes and measurable impact. A key aspect of this role is partnering with senior leadership (Division General Managers, Vice Presidents, and HR leaders) to define talent priorities, objectives, and success metrics. The consultant will also be responsible for establishing and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for initiatives, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and executive decision-making. Additionally, they will mentor junior OE representatives, fostering a high-performing team and sharing best practices in stakeholder management and organizational development methodologies.
