HR Business Partner, Games at Netflix

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Netflix Games Studio acts as a key consultant to people managers and individual contributors, providing essential guidance, insights, coaching, and advice to support robust talent management practices. This role is crucial in fostering a high-performing environment by focusing on areas such as onboarding, performance management, employee development, team health, and overall culture. A significant aspect of the HRBP's responsibility is to empower managers, enabling them to become more self-sufficient through education on critical people programs, tools, and processes. This position will partner closely with Netflix's US-based game development studios, reporting to the Director, HRBP, and will play a vital role in shaping the talent strategy within the games division. HRBPs at Netflix collaborate with their peers to ensure a unified Talent strategy that supports organizational growth and scalability, while deeply embedding the unique Netflix culture and optimizing organizational health. The role involves a blend of strategic problem-solving and trusted advisory, utilizing people data to inform business decisions and enhance team effectiveness. Key responsibilities include accelerating leadership effectiveness, supporting managers in growth conversations and performance management, guiding employee relations, conducting exit interviews for valuable insights, and connecting inquiries to relevant HR subject matter experts. The HRBP will also support organizational design and change initiatives, contributing to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
