The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Netflix Games Studio acts as a key consultant to people managers and individual contributors, providing essential guidance, insights, coaching, and advice to support robust talent management practices. The role involves a blend of strategic problem-solving and trusted advisory, utilizing people data to inform business decisions and enhance team effectiveness. Key responsibilities include accelerating leadership effectiveness, supporting managers in growth conversations and performance management, guiding employee relations, conducting exit interviews for valuable insights, and connecting inquiries to relevant HR subject matter experts. The HRBP will also support organizational design and change initiatives, contributing to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
