Data Scientist II - Fraud at Socure

As a Data Scientist II - Fraud at Socure, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to combat first-party fraud and enhance identity verification solutions. This role involves analyzing large, diverse datasets to uncover actionable insights, identify fraud patterns, and discover new opportunities for product and service improvements across Socure's platform. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions that align with company objectives. A key aspect of this role is to understand and leverage FCRA data and model design principles. You will also be responsible for developing and coding data processing pipelines, automated workflows, and tools for data cleansing, integration, and evaluation from multiple sources. Providing analytical support to the fraud and risk data science team, and communicating data-driven insights through clear storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial.
