Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations - UCAN Series at Netflix

This role at Netflix is responsible for leading and managing the marketing creative operations and project management functions for the UCAN Series. The Sr. Manager will drive business innovation, set strategic vision, and optimize workflows to ensure efficient execution of marketing campaigns. This involves balancing short-term and long-term needs across multiple cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Communications. The position requires a leader who can foster an inclusive environment, develop and coach senior-level operational professionals, and take a hands-on approach to campaign challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to evaluate complex systems, translate needs into opportunities, and manage operational budgets effectively. Collaboration with Strategy & Analysis counterparts to drive operational metrics and process improvements is key, as is the ability to plan and optimize team bandwidth across a large slate of titles.
