Technical Program Manager, North Platform at Cohere

As a Technical Program Manager for the North Platform at Cohere, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling foundational processes that enable the North teams to execute more efficiently and rapidly across Cohere's growing platform. You will partner directly with North leadership and Members of Technical Staff to design, develop, and improve the core capabilities and research initiatives within North. This role involves running cross-functional programs, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver features on time and within scope, establishing feedback loops, and optimizing resource distribution across competing priorities. The North Platform is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace, designed for enterprises to deploy AI securely while maintaining control over sensitive data. It integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications. You will be responsible for mapping out dependencies and risks across the North ecosystem, ensuring smooth cross-functional execution, and communicating status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will troubleshoot cross-team challenges, build dependable partnerships, and continuously seek to improve communication flow of priorities, ideas, and progress throughout all layers of the organization. Experience with project management tools like Linear and Jira, and a strong bias for action are essential.
