As a Manager, Executive Recruiting at Included Health, you will be instrumental in leading and executing high-level searches to attract top-tier executive talent. This role requires serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business leaders, ensuring candidate slates align with the company's mission and values. You will also manage and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching on research excellence, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and executive assessment. The position involves building and refining the Executive Search function, establishing best practices, and utilizing data to track performance. A key aspect of this role is partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership to strengthen succession planning and building strong relationships with senior leaders across the organization. You will be responsible for managing 2-4 executive-level searches concurrently, focusing on quality, transparency, and operational discipline.
