Senior Product Manager at Ceribell │ AI-Powered Point-of-Care EEG

Ceribell is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of key products within their AI-powered neurodiagnostic portfolio. This role involves end-to-end product management, from identifying customer needs and defining product strategy to overseeing launch and market adoption. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for shaping product roadmaps, setting clinical strategies, and collaborating closely with R&D, AI/ML, and data science teams to integrate advanced AI features. A significant aspect of the role includes ensuring product strategies align with regulatory requirements, particularly for AI-driven medical devices (SaMD). The position requires a strong understanding of the neurodiagnostics and critical care spaces, with a focus on leveraging AI to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will translate clinical needs into product requirements, gather global voice of customer (VOC) feedback, and conduct market research. Success hinges on building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, clinical, regulatory, sales, and marketing, as well as engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) globally.
