Senior Product Manager, Revenue Cycle & Billing at Circle Medical

As a Senior Product Manager at Circle Medical, you will own the product roadmap and strategy for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), focusing on core workflows, optimization, and system integration. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance workflows, including capture, validation, eligibility, and benefits verification, as well as internal credentialing management. You will drive strategy for billing and payment solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient-friendly options. You will be a highly data-driven decision-maker, continuously measuring key RCM metrics such as net collection rate, days in A/R, and denial rates. Collaboration with Design and Engineering teams will be crucial to translate complex financial and insurance workflows into simple, empathetic, and intuitive patient interfaces across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
