Senior Product Manager at Onbe

As a Senior Product Manager at Onbe, you will be instrumental in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Onbe's innovative payment solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep customer understanding, and the ability to execute complex product initiatives from conception to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-impact products that meet market needs and align with company objectives. This position involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and business case development to launch, iteration, and post-launch optimization. You'll be responsible for understanding market trends, identifying unmet customer needs through research and discovery, and translating these insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps. Success in this role means owning product performance, defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement to enhance value delivery.
