The Sr. Manager, Vehicle Integration Programs at Lucid Motors is responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of various vehicle systems and programs throughout the development lifecycle. The position involves managing the Vehicle Integration Project Management team, acting as the central nervous system for the department. Key areas of focus include vehicle attribute optimization, requirements management, systems engineering, vehicle development, validation, instrumentation, test operations, prototype build, and workshop management. The role demands a detail-oriented and organized mindset, with a strong track record of establishing robust processes and work procedures. The Sr. Manager will drive communication, collaboration, and alignment across departments, ensuring that vehicle testing design validation plans are completed on time. This involves working closely with attribute leads and Simultaneous Engineering Team Leads to validate components, systems, and the overall vehicle, from virtual testing through to production vehicles. The role also requires comfort in initiating and taking ownership of projects, pushing for perfection in a fast-paced environment.
