Director, Development and Foundation Programs at Chicago Fire FC

The Director, Development and Foundation Programs at Chicago Fire FC is a leadership position responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all fundraising, development, and programmatic initiatives for the Chicago Fire Foundation (CFF). This role is crucial in expanding the Foundation's network and revenue base through comprehensive fundraising strategies, including individual, corporate, and foundation giving, grants, sponsorships, and special events. The Director will cultivate and steward relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors, ensuring the Foundation's mission is effectively communicated and supported. This position also involves leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all Foundation programs, such as P.L.A.Y.S., and overseeing data collection and reporting to measure impact and performance. The Director will serve as a primary liaison to the Foundation Board, assist with financial oversight, and mentor Foundation staff to foster a collaborative and mission-driven culture. Collaboration with other club departments is essential to integrate Foundation initiatives with broader club and community engagement strategies.
