The Senior Product Manager, Content at KAYAK is responsible for enhancing the content offering for corporate customers, particularly within the KAYAK for Business (K4B) solution. The Product Manager will partner with direct suppliers and content aggregators to deliver the best content for K4B customers, ensuring a high capacity for online booking and servicing across various verticals like flight, hotel, rental car, rail, and ground transfer. This position involves owning the content strategy, managing the roadmap for content integrations, and collaborating closely with commercial, engineering, and external partners to bring solutions to market. Success in this role will be measured by booking and servicing success rates, and the ability to leverage data, user research, and A/B experiments to drive product improvements.
