The Venture Relations Associate at AngelList acts as a crucial liaison between the company and its clients, primarily venture capitalists, investors, and fund managers. Associates are the operational backbone, working closely with Account Managers to oversee fund operations, resolve client issues, and become subject matter experts on AngelList's software. This position involves direct interaction with General Partners, CFOs, and other key external stakeholders. The associate will execute critical workflows to provide leverage for Account Managers and clients, while also collaborating internally with sales, engineering, legal, finance, operations, and tax teams to improve platform efficiency and address client challenges. It's important to note that this is a customer-facing role focused on operational excellence and client support, not an investment role. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the NYC office.

- Support Venture Relations Account Managers and Team Leads by managing fund operations and product support for assigned clients.
