This role is crucial in driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. The Senior CSM will collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs, provide market feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the SuperDial client base. Success in this role will be measured by key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and overall customer health.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of SuperDial's AI platform for a portfolio of clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
