Key responsibilities include working closely with Public Policy teams in Latin America to highlight Amazon's regional impact, leading issue management and crisis communications, developing strategic communication plans and assets, and supporting external affairs programs for AWS and Amazon.com. The role also involves building and maintaining media relationships, managing policy-related media inquiries, and providing communication counsel to leadership.
