The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing at LOFT will be responsible for the tactical execution and optimization of customer retention channels, including Email, SMS, and Direct Mail. This role involves partnering with internal and external teams to maintain and expand the existing marketing strategy, with a strong focus on increased segmentation, personalization, and relevancy to drive customer acquisition and retention. The position is hands-on and highly visible, requiring collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Creative, Brand Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, and Customer Relationship Management teams. The Associate Manager will be a key contributor to channel performance, independently driving projects to meet and exceed company goals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing programs, with a particular emphasis on Email, SMS, and Direct Mail execution, including process workflows, creative brief processes, asset delivery, approvals, and quality assurance. The Associate Manager will be responsible for developing calendars and creative schedules, managing team and agency partners to meet deadlines, and collaborating with merchants and site teams to optimize landing pages. They will also be involved in A/B testing campaigns, reporting on performance, and contributing to a test-and-learn environment with a focus on new creative strategies to engage customers through digital marketing channels. A keen understanding of martech tools, audience segmentation, and executional best practices is essential, as is the ability to manage agency partnerships and oversee campaigns from ideation through analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including CRM, Brand Marketing, E-commerce Analytics, Digital Merchandising, Organic Social, Loyalty/Credit Marketing, and Creative & Project Management is a critical aspect of this role.
