Global Continuous Improvement Manager at Dover Precision Components

The Global Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager at Dover Precision Components will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing the company's corporate CI strategy. This role involves driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing operational performance across all global plants. The primary objective is to achieve significant bottom-line productivity savings through the implementation of foundational lean concepts. The manager will collaborate closely with plant managers, DPC CI teams, corporate stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, develop, and implement cost-effective operational and business solutions. This is a high-visibility role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of operational excellence models. The successful candidate will need to influence, motivate, and drive a CI mindset throughout the organization, working with functional leaders to establish and execute a CI roadmap. The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering measurable results in a manufacturing environment that produces mission-critical equipment and components for the power & energy, marine, industrial, chemical, and general processing sectors.
