The Senior Manager, Human Resources, Southeast is a critical HR Business Partner role based in Miami, Florida, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle with tact, professionalism, and maturity. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in HRBP topics, including Talent Development and Performance Management.
- Identify learning and development needs for retail teams in partnership with the Talent Development team.
- Proactively drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning for Southeast retail teams.
