Head of Revenue Operations at Fyxer AI

The Head of Revenue Operations at Fyxer AI will be instrumental in building and scaling the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) engine from the ground up. This role involves designing and implementing the foundational systems, processes, and insights that will support Fyxer AI's growth from $20 million to $500 million ARR. The Head of RevOps will own the GTM technology stack, including HubSpot and its integrations, ensuring accurate and real-time visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and funnel conversion. A key aspect of the role will be to enhance efficiency through streamlining lead routing, attribution, territory design, and compensation modeling, thereby enabling sales representatives to focus more on selling. The position also requires leveraging AI tools and internal workflows to automate repetitive tasks, eliminate manual work, and uncover actionable insights. Furthermore, the Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for developing playbooks and onboarding systems to accelerate the ramp-up time for new sales representatives and ensure consistent quota attainment. This role demands deep collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer insights and product usage data effectively inform GTM decisions. The ultimate goal is to create a high-performing, scalable GTM function that drives predictable revenue growth.
