Sr. Product Manager - Pre Authorization at CoverMyMeds

CoverMyMeds is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to focus on the Pre-Authorization product within their healthcare technology solutions. This role involves defining and delivering strategic products that streamline the prescription approval process, ultimately helping patients get the medications they need. The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and business requirements to development, testing, and market release. This includes understanding complex business problems in healthcare, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing product performance, and ensuring product strategies align with company goals. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including patient care processes, provider workflows, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA). The Sr. Product Manager will act as a subject matter expert, driving product vision and roadmap, managing P&L responsibilities, and influencing stakeholders to achieve product success. They will work closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure that products are not only innovative but also compliant and efficient, addressing challenges in care coordination and medication access.
