This ensures the readiness, accountability, and visibility needed to deliver complex defense systems reliably and compliantly. The position requires a strong ability to lead supplier-facing program execution activities, aligning supply chain strategies with program objectives. The Director will oversee supplier integration into program planning, ensuring subcontracted scope is accurately reflected in Earned Value Management (EVM) baselines and risk assessments. Collaboration with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Finance is key to developing effective sourcing and execution strategies throughout the lifecycle of development, production, and sustainment phases. The role also involves representing Supply Chain in program gate reviews, customer meetings, and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as FAR/DFARS and DCMA.
