As the second recruiter at AirGarage, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company's team from its current size to hundreds of employees nationwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the recruiting process and shape the company culture during a period of significant growth. You will partner closely with the recruiting lead, founders, and leadership team to identify and attract top talent, with a primary focus on technical roles in engineering (hardware and software) and product. However, the position also requires flexibility to act as a recruiting generalist and support other functions as needed. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to closing candidates. This involves developing a deep understanding of AirGarage's business, product, and specific hiring needs to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and unique opportunity as a technology company operating in the physical world. Building strong relationships with hiring managers will be crucial to ensure the successful hiring of team members for mission-critical projects. The role also offers the chance to collaborate with the People Ops team on broader HR functions, such as compensation planning and performance reviews, contributing to a holistic approach to talent management.
