The position requires a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a productive and engaged workforce. The Sr HRBP will be instrumental in implementing and executing employee-facing programs and initiatives, including interpreting HR policies and procedures. They will also support HR subject matter experts in areas such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement surveys, leadership assessments, and people leader training. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring recruiting and retention strategies align with business goals, focusing on building sustainable talent pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, and reducing turnover through data-driven workforce planning and improved sourcing and onboarding practices. Additionally, the role facilitates succession planning and collaborates with business leaders on employee development needs.
