As a Financial Analyst within YouTube's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at Google, you will play a crucial role in ensuring sound financial decision-making for one of the world's largest digital platforms. Your work will involve modeling business scenarios, tracking key performance metrics, and providing in-depth analysis to guide strategic decisions at the leadership level. This role is part of the broader Strategy, Analytics, and Finance (SAF) team, which is dedicated to maximizing YouTube's commercial sustainability and growth by identifying key opportunities and enabling effective, proactive risk management. You will be instrumental in making YouTube commercially sustainable and more valuable by identifying and steering the business towards its biggest opportunities. This involves guiding the organization to make the best possible decisions and enabling effective implementation with proactive and trusted risk management. The role requires a blend of detailed analysis and a creative approach to solving complex, big-picture challenges, often while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
