The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Hexcel Corporation is responsible for developing, communicating, and driving the company's Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy across the Americas Business Team. The manager will be instrumental in identifying cost-down opportunities, facilitating analysis activities, and elevating strategic CI projects for decision-making. They will also drive the prioritization of capital projects that support the CI strategy and partner with other leaders to evaluate new technologies and processes. The role also involves managing Lean and Six Sigma training programs, coaching a network of Green Belts and Black Belts, and providing oversight to site CI Leaders to ensure effective project execution. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and teaching is a critical aspect of this position, as is guiding the application of CI tools and approaches to achieve business objectives.
