The Regional Sales Manager for the New York Metropolitan market at Lavazza Group is responsible for driving sales growth and managing existing customer relationships within the Foodservice channel. This role demands a highly motivated, self-directed individual with a results-driven approach. The ability to manage relationships with business partners with a high degree of integrity is crucial. The position involves significant travel within the local territory (up to 80%) with occasional overnight travel. The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree in Business or Marketing Management and have at least 2 years of experience in Foodservice sales, with coffee experience being a plus. Strong CRM knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to sales management are essential for success in this role.
