As a Client Development Program Manager at Foodsmart, you will play a pivotal hybrid role that combines deep customer relationship management with cross-functional operational leadership. This position is crucial for ensuring clients derive maximum value from Foodsmart's products and services, thereby driving high adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You will be responsible for directly managing a portfolio of business accounts while also serving as a strategic operational overlay for the largest and most complex health plan customers. This involves acting as a primary customer advocate and an effective internal program leader, bridging the gap between client needs and scalable company solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of program management, customer success, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Clinical Operations. You will interpret and report on Return on Investment (ROI) and clinical metrics to clients, which are vital for their organizational success and the continued partnership with Foodsmart. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive client enrollment and engagement, ensuring they are adapted to specific client needs and co-created based on unique client situations.
