Director, Benefits & Compensation at Women of the Vine & Spirits

This role is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and administration of the company's benefits and compensation programs. The Director will ensure that these programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's overall business objectives and its mission to empower women in the alcohol and alternative beverage industry. This involves managing all aspects of total rewards, including base salary, variable pay, equity, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other perquisites. The Director will play a key role in market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to ensure that compensation and benefits packages attract and retain top talent. They will also be responsible for compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as communicating program details effectively to employees. A key aspect of this role will be to ensure that the company's total rewards philosophy supports its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly for women within the industry.
