As a G&A Recruiter at GitLab, you will be a strategic hiring partner for leaders across the global G&A organization, focusing on teams such as Finance, IT, People, and Legal. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial intake to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. A key aspect of this role is collaborating with Talent Acquisition and G&A leadership to align on hiring priorities and processes, and coaching hiring managers on best practices. GitLab operates as the world's largest all-remote company, and this role contributes to building a globally distributed workforce. You will be responsible for developing and advertising accurate job descriptions, identifying creative sourcing strategies, and assessing candidates' potential to thrive in an open-source culture. Success in this role also involves leveraging data to refine recruiting practices and ensuring a consistent, high-quality recruiting experience for both G&A leaders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and define recruiting needs for G&A functions (Finance, IT, People, Legal).
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines.
