This role is responsible for championing customer success by leading product enablement and training initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, developing internal enablement materials and delivering training sessions for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success).
