The IR Next Rotational Program - Finance at Ingersoll Rand is a 24-month program designed for recent college graduates with a background in Accounting or Finance. This program offers hands-on experience across various finance functions, including Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Budgeting and Planning, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, Internal Controls, Project Management, and Treasury. Participants will engage in challenging assignments, receive targeted development, and gain exposure to senior leadership within the company. The program aims to develop participants' financial and business acumen, as well as leadership skills, preparing them for successful careers within Ingersoll Rand's Finance organization upon completion.
