This role is responsible for leading a transformative learning strategy within Nationwide's Life New Business (LNB) team to drive organizational success. The manager will work with business leaders to identify performance gaps and develop a comprehensive Learning & Performance plan that aligns with business goals and strategies. This includes managing the delivery of learning initiatives, setting priorities, ensuring capacity, and providing coaching and feedback to maintain quality. The position also involves long-range planning for appropriate instructional technologies and evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions using data-driven insights. The role requires deep expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, strong project and change management capabilities, and proficiency with modern learning technologies such as Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, and e-learning platforms. The ability to measure and analyze training effectiveness is crucial. Preferred experience includes background in LNB case management training and experience in curriculum redesign and implementing digital learning solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2-3 days onsite at the Grandview, OH location.
