Machine Learning Manager - Content Enterprise at Netflix

This role involves leading and mentoring a team focused on building and optimizing analytical insights, scalable ML pipelines, and LLM-powered solutions for cross-functional business teams at Netflix. The Machine Learning Manager will drive automation, standardization, and best practices in LLM workflows, including fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, and deployment. They will also oversee the evaluation, selection, and integration of third-party tools and foundational models, partnering with Engineering and Platform teams on build-vs-buy decisions. The manager will guide the team in delivering impactful metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights on critical business foundations such as core dataset management, content security, risk mitigation, and media orchestration platforms. This position requires coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to define strategy, set roadmaps, and deliver data solutions across the organization, balancing short-term prototypes with long-term architecture. A key aspect of the role is communicating complex technical concepts and project impacts to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
