Senior Director, Product Management, Digital Engagement at Five9

As the Senior Director, Product Management, Digital Engagement, you will lead a critical pillar within Product Management, responsible for building and delivering Digital and omnichannel Engagement products. This role focuses on advancing the Five9 Cloud contact center platform by enhancing digital engagement capabilities. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, product marketing, business development, sales, and partner teams to identify, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap and product launches for key strategic Digital Engagement areas. These areas include Email, SMS, Social Messaging, Open Messaging, and Visual Engagement. This position also involves management responsibilities for a team of product managers, with the expectation of team growth as this area succeeds. You will work with key stakeholders to translate customer, market, and strategic requirements into Features, Epics, and User Stories, and develop and maintain the Product Roadmap. Defining key metrics to track product usage, growth, and KPIs for success will also be a core part of your role. You will establish relationships with customers to test new products and manage feedback effectively, partner with the Engineering team to ensure clear and prioritized requirements, and work with Product Marketing and Sales Readiness to develop product positioning, value proposition, and pricing. Providing product subject matter expertise for customer engagements and identifying strategic technology partners will also be key responsibilities. A hands-on approach and the ability to coach others from strategic product direction to detailed requirements definition are essential.
