The Internal Communications Manager at Conservation International plays a critical role in advancing the organization's mission by developing and deploying strategic internal communication campaigns at global and regional levels. This position involves ensuring that effective communication strategies and tactics reach a broad audience, including the creation of internal communication plans, products, events, and campaigns. The manager will anticipate, prepare for, and manage complex corporate communications, spanning areas such as regional and global all-staff communications, change management, executive communications, multi-media, and internal events. The role requires a strong and creative writer, technically skilled, highly motivated, and an enthusiastic communicator passionate about fostering team member connections and a strong organizational culture. This role is part of the People and Culture division, reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategic internal communication campaigns globally and regionally.
- Develop internal communication plans, products, events, and campaigns.
- Provide support for change management, executive communications, and multi-media initiatives.
