As a Senior People Program Manager at Headway, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing key talent management and development initiatives. This position involves working closely with the People Operations and Strategy Director and the People Leadership team to deliver both recurring and one-off programs that enhance talent initiatives, employee development, and overall employee experience. You will be instrumental in establishing new programs, launching systems and processes, and scaling current people initiatives to support Headway's continued growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute cyclical people programs such as performance reviews and employee engagement surveys.
- Design and implement new programs for talent development, employee events, and internal mobility.
- Partner with L&D, HRBPs, Employee Experience, and Total Rewards to launch and refine programs.
- Scope programs, define timelines, and set milestones with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.
