As a Forward Deployed Engineer at OpenLoop, you will be instrumental in integrating OpenLoop's AI platform, Hey Revia, into real-world healthcare environments. This role involves working directly with partners to deploy voice, messaging, and clinical workflow solutions, ensuring that the AI Care Engine seamlessly connects with clinical systems, telephony infrastructure, and patient engagement tools across OpenLoop's extensive partner network. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of these deployments, customizing the platform to fit partner workflows and legacy systems, and building the critical data pipelines that synchronize clinical data with AI services. This position requires a blend of engineering, problem-solving, and client-facing skills to deliver value from day one and ensure the smooth operation of solutions in diverse healthcare settings. You will operate across the full stack, from APIs and databases to infrastructure, to deliver production-ready solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate partner needs into technical execution. The role also emphasizes understanding and potentially operationalizing LLMs and AI models within production workflows, alongside a strong grasp of data security and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
